Bill has played Classic Rock, Blues, and Jazz in the St. Louis region for many years. He has enjoyed playing with small groups to large, and always with an emphasis on vocals / harmony; no matter what style of music was currently his favorite.

Bill, an electronic technician, working with sound systems and amplifiers in various configurations has a flair for making sounds and effects extremely interesting. With his creative style performing music with synthesizers and electronics, he has always had a peak level for gadgetry.

Stan started playing drums and percussion at age 10. His first “pro” gig was at age 15, signing on to play with the Marvin Hollingshed Band (Marvin had just completed a tour with George Benson and started his own group). 

Over the years, Stan has played with a wide range of local,  regional and national artists as well as extensive session work for demo’s, jingles and post-production music work. In recent years he has played with several area bands, including Choice of Colour and Groove Therapy. Stan is excited to be joining the Rough Cut Band, and looks forward to seeing you all at the shows!

Rick, founder and bone daddy of Roughcut, was introduced to music at an early age of 4. Performing Beatle music as a duo with his brother at his age of 7, took to the stage with much enthusiasm.  Later through high school, pursued a career in drums performing in various bands for the next 20 plus years.

Within the last 10 Plus years Rick transcended to the guitar where his style and influences from such artists as Eric Clapton, Gary Moore and Stevie Ray Vaughn have molded his style of blues with a bit of an electric edge. And, within the past few years he has added some keyboard to his repertoire along with various studio recording sessions and projects.

 Rick loves to engage the crowd with the combined comedy antics of Roughcut and keep the show lively, fun, and continues his passion for performing music.
